Inspire your room with flea market finds

  
Ever wonder how you could make your home or even just a room into something utterly amazing like this?  It is possible but it takes some time and a few steps to get there.  So how do you begin and where do you look for such inspiring one of a kind vintage items? 

  
If you are lucky enough to live near an area that has eclectic  antique shops or fabulous flea markets you just may be able to find what you’re looking for locally. If you are not quite that lucky you have have to dig a little deeper and it may take a bit longer to reach your goal. You can look for interesting tag sales that pop up from time to time in your area and start collecting there or you can go on line for those one of a kind pieces to inspire your room or start your collection.

  
You can start small by collecting a few inspiring items to start your design. Pick a theme or color scheme and stick with it as you collect. Start by making little vignettes here and there to get a feel and begin a pattern for your room  to follow.  This method may take a while but it’s a safe way to get your feet wet and test your inspiration for the room. If your brave or simply impatient you take the next step.

  
Find an anchor piece that conveys the style you want for your room. Don’t be afraid to spend a little more on the focal points of your room. It will pay off big in the end. Whichever method you choose to use will eventually lead you to the inspiring style you’ve been dreaming of . It’s just a matter of jumping in with both feet or wading a bit before taking that big dip.
